By downloading or using Jadwalik, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The Service
Jadwalik helps you build and manage university schedules, including importing schedules from timetable images. Schedule data is provided for your convenience; you are responsible for verifying it against your official university records.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
Credits and One-Time Purchases
Jadwalik uses credits for features such as importing a schedule from images. Jadwalik does not offer subscriptions, and nothing renews automatically.
- New accounts receive a welcome allowance of up to 5 credits. It is granted once per person and per device, and may be withheld where that allowance has already been used.
- Importing a schedule from images costs credits. Signed in, one import costs 1 credit however many images it contains; in guest mode each image costs 1 credit.
- The welcome allowance is tied to a durable identity: deleting an account and creating a new one does not grant it again.
- Credit packs are optional one-time purchases: Starter (20 credits), Plus (50 credits), and Pro (100 credits).
- Payment is charged to your Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase.
- Credits do not expire with the passage of time.
- While you still hold purchased credits, the features of the plan you bought remain available.
- When your purchased credit balance reaches zero, a 7-day grace period begins. During the grace period your plan's features remain available, but actions that cost credits will not succeed.
- After the grace period ends, your account returns to the Free plan. Your schedules and other data are not deleted.
- Buying another credit pack at any time restores the corresponding plan immediately and ends the grace period.
- Credits have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable except where required by law.
Advertising
Jadwalik contains no advertising.
Refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple under the App Store terms; we cannot issue refunds directly. Where a purchase is refunded, the corresponding credits and entitlements may be reversed.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.
Intellectual Property
The app and its content are owned by its developer and its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app.
Disclaimer
The app is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that imported schedule data is complete or error-free. Always confirm your schedule against your university's official records.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account from Settings.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
