How do I import my schedule?
From the home screen choose Create New Schedule, then Add Course, and type the course code. Upload clear photos or screenshots of that course's section list and tap Extract Options. Jadwalik reads the sections, days, times, rooms and instructors from the images. Repeat for each course, then tap Generate Schedules.
Which images can I use?
Photos taken with the camera, or images from your photo library. PDF files and documents from other apps are not supported. Screenshots from the university portal usually give the best result.
What makes a good image?
A sharp, straight, well-lit capture where every line of the table is readable, with nothing cut off at the edges. Blurry photos, heavy glare and cropped tables are the most common reason a section is missed or a time comes out wrong.
Always check the result against your university records
Jadwalik reads your timetable automatically, so mistakes are possible. The review screen marks anything it could not read. Confirm the imported schedule against your official university records before you rely on it.
A class shows no time — what happens to it?
When a time cannot be read, the class is kept and listed under "classes without a set time" instead of being placed on the grid. Because it has no time, it cannot be checked for clashes — add or verify that class manually.
Can I edit what was extracted?
You can choose which sections to keep on the review screen, and later delete a section or a whole course from the course details screen. Editing the extracted text itself is not available in this version — if a section is wrong, delete it and import that course again from a clearer image.
How do credits work?
Importing from images costs credits. New accounts receive a welcome allowance of up to 5 credits, granted once per person and per device. Credit packs are optional one-time purchases: Starter (20 credits), Plus (50) and Pro (100). Jadwalik has no subscriptions and nothing renews automatically.
How much does one import cost?
Signed in, one import costs 1 credit however many images it contains. In guest mode each image costs 1 credit. Your balance is always shown at the top of the home screen.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits do not expire with the passage of time.
What happens when my purchased credits run out?
A 7-day grace period begins. During it your plan's features stay available, but actions that cost credits will not succeed. After the grace period your account returns to the Free plan. Your schedules and data are not deleted, and buying another pack restores the plan immediately.
I bought credits but I do not see them
A purchase is confirmed by our server, which can take a few seconds. If the balance still looks wrong, open Plans and use Restore Purchases, or sign out and back in. If it is still missing, write to us with the date of the purchase and we will check it.
How many schedules can I save?
The Free plan keeps 1 saved schedule. Starter keeps 10, Plus 25 and Pro 50. If your plan later returns to Free, schedules you already saved are never deleted.
Can I export or share my timetable?
Exporting the timetable as a PNG image or a PDF is a Pro feature, shared through the normal iOS share sheet. Adding classes to your phone calendar, reminders and home-screen widgets are not part of this version.
Can I use the app without an account?
Yes — continue as a guest and import and view schedules on that device. Please note that guest data does not transfer to an account: if you later sign up, import your schedule again from the account. An account is what keeps your schedules when you change or reinstall your phone.
I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen choose "Forgot password" and follow the email we send you.
How do I delete my account?
Settings › Delete account. This deletes your account and the data stored with it, and cannot be undone. The welcome credit allowance is not granted again to a new account for the same person or device.
What happens to the images I upload?
They are sent to our server, read once to extract your schedule, and are never written to our database or file storage. Only the extracted schedule details are saved to your account. The Privacy Policy explains this in full.
The import keeps failing
Try a clearer screenshot, one course at a time, and make sure the image is under about 7 MB. Extraction also needs an internet connection. If several imports fail in a row, wait an hour and try again — heavy use from one network or account is limited to keep the service available.
Which languages does Jadwalik support?
The app is fully available in Arabic and English, including right-to-left layout, and you can switch language at any time in Settings.
Does Jadwalik show ads?
No. Jadwalik contains no advertising.
How do I request a refund?
Purchases are handled by the Apple App Store, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly.
